We’ve been busy over the last few months and have concluded a number of exciting transactions. Highlights include:
Eastbourne – leasing 91 Terminus Road to Hotel Chocolat on behalf of Arcadia.
Coventry – concluding the Agreement to Lease with Poundworld to relocate and upsize to 8,000 sq ft within Lower Precinct Shopping Centre.
Berkhamsted – completing the leasehold acquisition of 198 High Street on behalf of Mountain Warehouse.
Stevenage – completing the letting of 67 Queensway to Barnardos on behalf of Knight Frank Investors.
Romford – completing the leasehold acquisition of Unit 17 The Mercury on behalf of Cards Direct.
Ipswich – completing an Agreement to Lease on behalf of Cards Direct to take a prime unit. Opening 2018.
Windsor – completing the lease renewal of a prime unit on Peascod Street to Robert Dyas on behalf of private clients.
Golders Green – completing two lease renewals of prime units to HSBC and Lloyds Bank on behalf of Church Commissioners.
