Exciting new instruction in Addlestone

We are delighted to have been instructed alongside GVA on the leasing of Addlestone One: Surrey’s newest retail destination.
Anchored by The Light Cinema, the scheme includes a new Waitrose, Premier Inn Hotel, a gym and approximately 45,000 sq ft of new retail and restaurant space, in a range of configurations.
This exciting development is scheduled to open in early 2018 but we are pre-leading now.
