We are delighted to announce that AS Retail have advised on the acquisition of the first European CycleBar studio which has now exchanged at Ballymore’s Embassy Gardens in Nine Elms, close to the new US Embassy. The unit is approx. 3,100 sq ft at Ground Floor having an extended frontage to Nine Elms Lane and is scheduled to open in early Summer.

AS Retail are instructed on the UK roll out with up to 75 sites sought nationwide over the next few years. We require 1,800 – 2,500 sq ft D2 Use in major or affluent locations beneath new office; residential developments or in Out of Town locations with parking.
