The restaurant totals approx. 3,300 sq ft with external seating and has an extended frontage to the traffic free boulevard of approximately 85ft (26m). It sits adjacent to the shortly to open four screen Everyman Cinema and opposite Unit B1 which remains available to lease.
Loungers, and their sister brand Cosy Club, have over 160 restaurants nationwide with each of the restaurants has a homely and relaxing environment, wholesome comfort food and an affordable all-day menu, catering for locals and visitors alike.
