Kathryn joined AS Retail in February 2023 having spent 12 months working at Grice Collins Long, where she was working on retail agency and asset management projects. Prior, she studied Real Estate at Nottingham Trent University and worked at Altus Group during her placement year.

Kathryn is working in the agency team across our portfolio of shopping centre instructions including Brightwells Yard Farnham, Tunsgate Quarter Guildford, The Square Camberley, Magna Square Egham, Addlestone One and Lower Precinct in Coventry. She will also be assisting across our work book of high street disposals as well as working with our occupier clients on their site acquisition programmes and lease advisory matters.

In her spare time Kathryn likes travelling, playing hockey, staying active as well as spending time with her family and friends.
