Ollie joined AS Retail in July 2024 after graduating from Northumbria University with a 2:1 in Real Estate. Whilst on his placement year and, throughout his final year of study, Ollie worked for the Northumberland Estates in the commercial property team where he had an integral involvement in the asset management of a diversified property portfolio which included retail/roadside, office, industrial and leisure properties.
Ollie works in the agency team primarily advising acquisition clients such as Jetts Fitness, Sky and Strong Pilates in expanding their presence across the UK as well as supporting Andrew on our portfolio of shopping centres including The Square Camberley, Tunsgate Quarter Guildford and Old George Mall Salisbury. He also assists across our workbook of lease advisory matters and leading on a number of high street letting instructions including properties in Guildford, Ascot and Reading.
He moved to London in 2025 and in his spare time enjoys socialising with friends and a variety of sports such as Rugby, Golf, Football and Skiing.
