We are excited to have acted for our client, Electronic Theatre, in the acquisition of their first site in London’s Southbank. Situated on Scoresby Street, close to Southwark and Waterloo stations in a redeveloped Railway Arch, the unit is arranged over a single level, comprising of 2,125 sq ft.

Unlike traditional VR games, Electronic Theatre offers an interactive and social gaming experience, through motion-tracking technology that enables the players to participate in a variety of challenges together. Participants wear hats that track their motions and movements to immerse themselves in the games. These games are developed in-house and will change over time to encourage repeat visits.

Created by the masterminds behind Tough Mudder, Electronic Theatre is a fresh and innovative concept in the competitive socialising space with the aim of bringing people together through social activities and to encourage teamwork.

We are now seeking further units of 2,000 – 3,000 sq ft nationwide in large cities, in major malls, leisure schemes, close to complimentary leisure and F&B uses.

Acting on behalf of Quiznos, we are delighted to have advised on the leasehold acquisition of Unit 45, Southside Shopping Centre in Wandsworth. This will be our client’s 7th site within the UK.

Operating from over 1,000 stores in 30 countries, Quiznos is one of the global leaders in toasted subs and offers an extensive menu including salads, wraps, soups, coffee and cakes.

We are now seeking 800 – 1,400 sq ft in major Shopping Centres. Food Courts or inline units in busy, but quirky locations are sought and regional Malls nationwide will be considered.

We are delighted to announce that Jetts 24 Hour Fitness have now opened their latest UK studio on Clapham Road in South London. The fantastic club is the second in London and is located in a prominent location a short walk from Stockwell Underground Station and totals approx. 5,686 sq ft over two levels.

Jetts are one of the Globe‘s most recognisable Gym chains, founded in 2007 in Australia, the brand is now boasting over 250 clubs and are represented in Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Netherlands and the UK. With the latest addition to their portfolio, Jetts have now eight studios in the UK and have plans for an extensive roll-out over the next few years.
