Terra Brazil opens in Addlestone

AS Retail are thrilled to announce that regional Brazilian restaurant, Terra Brazil, have opened their second UK restaurant in 2,750 sq ft of space in Addlestone One.  The restaurant sits in The Lane adjacent to Esquires, The Light Cinema and in close proximity to Nandos, Smith & Western, Mooboo, Boots Opticians, Holland & Barrett and Anytime Fitness.  The development also provides a Premier Inn and Waitrose plus over 200 dwellings, 370 plus dedicated car parking spaces and the Local Council offices.

Cards Direct Turns 40

Our clients Cards Direct have secured two further stores taking the total number in their estate past 40.

With Christmas just around the corner, we are pleased to advise that they have now opened their new unit in Woking and their fit out in Leicester is advancing well. Cards Direct are an independent greetings card retailer selling a superb selection of British made cards along with gifts and accessories from their bricks and mortar stores and via their new transactional website at www.cardsdirect.co.uk.

Both deals fulfil long term requirements for these towns. In Woking they have taken the former Monsoon within The Peacocks Shopping Centre and in Leicester they have acquired the former Boots Opticians on prime Humberstone Gate, which forms part of the Haymarket Shopping Centre.

This year, Andrew and Tim at AS Retail are proudly participating in the Men’s Charity Movember and ‘Moing one’ in November.

Farnham – Progress at Brightwells Yard

Fantastic progress at the new Brightwells Yard, mixed-use development in Farnham, Surrey.

Rico Sabor docks in Dover                

Restaurant and cocktail bar, Rico Sabor, opens its doors today in Dover with a stunning fit-out, amazing views from its al fresco first floor dining terrace to Dover Castle and a great menu of Latin American delights.

Sitting in the heart of Dover, St James’ is a popular fashion, leisure, fitness and dining park for the whole family with ample parking for 445 cars.  Occupiers in the centre include Marks and Spencer Foodhall, Next, Cineworld, Travelodge and Nandos amongst other catering and retailer brands.

Bubbling over on Goodge Street

AS Retail are very excited to announce the opening of London’s second, beautifully fitted-out, Gong Cha store on Goodge Street in Fitzrovia.

Founded in 2006, they are today one of the most recognised bubble tea operators in the world with over 1,500 stores globally.  AS Retail have advised them on their expansion into the UK with sites recently acquired in Manchester, Newcastle and Liverpool with more sites coming soon in other major cities.

Elem Hair extends into Loughton

AS Retail are pleased to announce that Elem Hair have opened their new, beautifully fitted out salon on High Road, Loughton. The store sits in a prime location and totals just over 1,000 sq ft.

With a salon in Cambridge and another in Christchurch, Dorset which opened in 2020, Elem are looking to expand rapidly with further locations in the immediate pipeline.
